COACHING LLC (MRC,LLC)SERVICES:
Client has chosen to enroll in the Dream Creation Challenge
It is 4 weeks once a week calls, telegram chat, pdf workbook program
All group coaching sessions will be delivered by way of Zoom
MRC,LLC has permission to change delivery of services as needed.
MRC,LLC. is bound by confidentiality and will not disclose any information unless
court ordered.
Client is solely responsible for learning and implementation of material.
Client acknowledges their actions or inactions are their sole responsibility. Client
does not hold Michele Reyes Coaching liable for any decisions they make based
on the training or coaching.
Client acknowledges that MRC,LLC. shall exclusively own all right, title, and interest
including all related Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Intentional Creation materials, the Content, the Digital Properties and any
enhancements to the program resulting from the provisioning of training or services.
Any recordings provided by MRC,LLC will be for client’s personal use only and Client
agrees they will not duplicate or share the recording with any person, company or
organization.
MRC,LLC makes no warranty or guarantee that the training or services will lead to
any specific earnings, business growth or financial results or that Client will
experience the same or similar results as others who use the Services.
Client acknowledges that MRC,LLC makes no guarantees, representations or
warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the training or
services provided, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall MRC,LLC be
liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
Additionally, training and coaching is not in lieu of professional, legal, or financial
advice.
